Project Scope

• Manage a large number of Assets in Abu Dhabi more than 600,000 with specifications of 2 Million record.
• Mapping Call Center activity in the system with designing process flow, Workflow, and notifications rules.
• Define Preventive Maintenance schedule for one year in advance and generate work orders automatically.
• Monitoring contractor’s activity, SLA for each work order with generating KPI.
• Providing a portal for the contractors to update the due work orders and getting a daily program.
• Manage the new maintenance project, with specified estimated cost using contract BOQ and approve the cost with multiple levels.
• Integrating with GIS, showing maintenance location & running project status.
• Processing the monthly payment with the KPI and performance deduction up to the finance department
